Brenda L Case and the entire Travel Planning by Brenda team are truly five-star from start to finish!

My husband and I had a European train adventure in mind, but we were working with a pretty limited schedule and trying to fit A LOT into our time. I had thrown all of my crazy ideas into ChatGPT, got back a possible itinerary, and then reached out to Brenda basically asking, “Is this actually feasible?” 😂

Not only did she tell me it was — she made the magic happen!

Brenda and Luke took our ideas and turned them into an incredible European adventure, handling all the details and making the entire experience feel seamless. What impressed me even more was the service we received while we were actually traveling. A few things came up that we hadn’t anticipated, and Brenda was right there making sure everything was taken care of, we were covered, and most importantly, that we were still having an amazing time.

Even with a MAJOR time difference, her customer service never missed a beat. We always felt like we had someone looking out for us, which is priceless when you’re traveling internationally.

I would absolutely recommend Brenda Case Travel for international adventures, cruises, all-inclusive vacations, solo travel, or really any trip you can dream up. Brenda and her team genuinely care about the experience they create for their clients, and it shows every step of the way.

Our European train adventure was everything we hoped it would be and more, and I am so grateful Brenda helped make it happen. Five stars simply aren’t enough! ❤️✈️🚆🌍

Thanks Brenda! Just returned from a 12 day cruise of the British Isles that you planned. It was an amazing adventure that I will remember forever. From start to finish it was well organized (flights, ground transportation, cruise/amenities, shore excursions). My first cruise. Not my last!

Knowing all of the logistics were taken care of allowed us to truly relax, enjoy the trip, and, most importantly, spend quality time together. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Good Life Travel Group!

Our trip was AMAZING!!! Chris provided all the details we needed, from pickup at our home to drop-off upon our return. He had the entire trip mapped out on our Trip Plan app which made every day effortless for us. Thank you Chris with Good Life Travel! If I initiate a trip, I will never leave home without your expertise and professionalism!

Tommy & I not only had the pleasure of experiencing a two-week Italian vacation planned by Chris, but also the enjoyment of traveling with both Chris & his wife Tracy for the two weeks. We had already heard what a great travel planner Chris was - which was true - but we found out that he and Tracy are also marvelous people. Every aspect of our vacation was absolutely fabulous. The accommodations, variety of adventures, both guides, were all superb. Chris’ attention to details was amazing. In the middle of our first week, he received notification that the booked villa for our second week - and for ten people - was not going to be available as planned. He located a replacement villa in the same region, where we had a wonderful time. We know for certain that we will use Chris for our future travel adventures.

Can't say enough good things about Chris...I joined my mom last minute for a cruise (what turned out to be an AMAZING first time cruise experience) and he helped us jump through all of the hoops to make it happen. I had to renew my passport and it was all last minute and he worked w/ us every single step of the way to make sure I was able to go. This was actually my first time using a travel agent too (I've apparently been living under a rock) and again, outstanding first time experience. Chris was extremely responsive, available, helpful, organized, friendly + professional and helped remove the last minute stress. And once we had the logistics taken care of, all that was left to do sit back and enjoy the cruise and excursions Chris made possible.
